      Office Assistant
      Workplace: Gościcino (pow. wejherowski)

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

      – office management (answering phone calls, handling e-mail and traditional incoming and outgoing correspondence)
      – taking care of the correct flow of the information
      – preparing documents for accounting purposes
      – issuing invoices
      – all other administrative tasks appointed by the superior

      REQUIREMENTS:

      – minimum secondary education
      – fluent English bot in writing and speaking (knowledge of the Norwegian language will be an asset)
      – minimum 1 year of experience on the same or similar position (good administrative sense)
      – good knowledge of the windows environment (excel, word, knowledge of power point will be an asset)
      – good knowledge of invoice issuing (basic knowledge of accounting will be an asset)
      – fast learner, initiative, high relational skills, good organizational skills

      Finance Manager

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

      – Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports
      – Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures
      – Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met including
        – Oversee the bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
        – Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit
        – Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions
        – Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable and petty cash
        – Timely and accurate reporting to parent company in Norway
      – Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting
      – Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts
      – Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure and stored in compliance with current legislation
      – Oversee outsourced payroll preparation and administration.
      – Establish guidelines for budget and forecast preparation, and prepare the annual budget in consultation with the general manager and parent company.
      – Oversee and support implementation and development of ERP system in close cooperation with parent company in Norway

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      – University degree or college diploma in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Management/Administration
      – Chartered Accountant, Certified General Accountant, or Certified Management Accountant is an asset.
      – Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
      – Knowledge of federal and provincial (tax) legislation
      – Knowledge of transfer pricing is an asset
      – Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
      – Strong English and Polish language skills a requirement.
      – Good working knowledge of office software and ERP systems.
      – 5-10 years of relevant experience.

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

      – HR Specialist is responsible for the development of the company’s personnel, collective agreements, follow up and guide the company’s executives midtown legislation within employer area and practical handling of these.
      – HR Specialist is responsible for organizing and monitoring departments HR and rotation.
      – HR Specialist is responsible for the company’s payroll function.

      Health, safety, environment and quality factors:

      – Position Owner shall ensure that the interests of HSEQ are safeguarded during the planning and execution of tasks that belong to the competence.

      Main tasks

      – Develop a timely and cost-effective HR function in the Group
      – Develop employees and responsibilities in accordance with business needs and demands from the environment
      – Ensure effective, appropriate and coordinated operation of treasury departments through documented processes, procedures and standards
      – Streamline workflow, work processes and support the HR area
      – Develop and implement procedures and standards in the area of HR
      – Supporting the company’s EHS work with a special focus on systematic measures to reduce sick leave
      – In collaboration with the Group HSEQ function actively assist the company operated so that all HSE requirements and ensuring that the quality of the company’s deliveries continuously improved
      – Ensure effective and coordinated salary documentation as a basis for a monthly wage payment
      – Contribute to a systematic and effective utilization of the workforce within law and collective agreements frames

      QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

      Education:

      – Relevant college / university education minimum Bachelor level

      Experience:

      – 3-5 years of experience in the field
      – Experience and ability to develop and implement measures to improve quality of their units

      Other competencies:

      – Insight and experience of management of Work Act and the tariff area
      – Very good knowledge of English both in speaking and writing is a must
      – Good knowledge of windows environment (good knowledge of sharepoint will be an asset)

      High relational skills, both practical and theoretical
