The Wage Guarantee Scheme (Norw. Lønnsgarantiordningen) is a special fund aimed at making payments of outstanding remunerations (salary, overtime, holiday pay (Norw. Feriepenger). If you have already received the relevant documentation from the trustee in bankruptcy, you can apply for the recovery of the outstanding funds.
Our company prepares applications for the refund of remuneration from the Wage Guarantee Scheme which are forwarded to the client together with any further instructions on how to proceed with the case.
